We were in a difficult position in this very competitive market because we were not selling a home and were purchasing a second primary residence in Colorado. Paul Mathews was fantastic through the process - both in all his effort and extensive expertise with the market but also in his relentless enthusiasm and optimism that we would find a home eventually. It can get depressing after several rejections and many a times Paul had to assure me that we would find the right place for us. And we did! Paul not only brought us to the builder, but he was invaluable the entire time, He provided us with information, status updates, and photos of how the build was progressing. He even helped set us up with people to provide services we would need (window treatments, insurance, etc.). This was a huge help, and cannot be overstated.

Paul Matthews aka Mr. Paul as our boys named him. We were introduced to Paul through a friend who was living in Fort Collins prior to our move to the FTC area. I think we lucked-out with Paul. The first associate I made contact with was going out of the country for a family vacation during the time that my wife and I were going to be in the Denver area. Paul Matthews stepped to pinch-hit, and WOW! He hit a grand slam and sent the ball out of the park! He was attentive to our plans and hopes for buying income property. He prepped locations thoroughly each afternoon and sent the info each evening so my wife and I could look over the choices for the next day's outing. I did not feel comfortable driving in winter conditions so we did not rent a car, but Paul picked us up at our hotel and drove us around, taking us to the most likely spots for that day. He was very personable and considerate. By the end of a couple of days, I felt that we had met our first good friend in the Denver area. As it turned out, practically the last place we looked at was our choice. Paul gave excellent advice, and handled the negotiations for us. We were very pleased with the outcome, and are now the proud owners of a beautiful condo-townhouse in Thornton. Paul continued to assist by recommending doing research for some minor repairs that were noted in the inspection. His help was invaluable. He advised us on several "speed bumps" that came up and handled everything in an expeditious manner.
